💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and health/hygiene-related items (e.g., beauty products, undergarments) cannot be returned.
